What is Microsoft Azure?
Get started
Our expertise in MS Azure, as demostrated by our Silver Partnership status, means that we can help you to develop your cloud infrastructure for apps, servers, services, databases, and virtual desktops. We will start with a review and build a bespoke solution for your business.
- Azure can host any apps, data, databases and services that would otherwise be held on a customer’s server or within a private data centre. As such, it allows for organisations to go fully cloud without sacrificing those services which cannot be replaced by existing cloud offerings, such as Microsoft 365.
- Services are charged per hour, with discounts available for 12 or 36 month commitments
- SITOC can design the most efficient and cost effective environment for services to reside in Azure
- SITOC can migrate your existing services to Azure and provide ongoing monitoring/support as required

Virtual Desktop
Azure virtual desktop, known as Windows virtual desktop until recently, can help to reduce the cost, complexity and time typically associated with providing remote desktop access to employees. Meet the challenge of modern hybrid working, while securely extending remote access to users/contractors via personal devices.
Azure virtual desktop provides a consistent remote access experience for users and even supports audio for the use of services such as Teams. Users simply access their desktop and associated apps via a web page or preinstalled agent from any device. Times of access for each user can be pre-defined. You can also specify which apps/data/services each user should access.
Speak to SITOC about your remote access challenges and see how we can help.
